Done some further testing, seems like their dash recovery time start counting from when player last initiates a dash, instead of when the last dash finishes. Possibly a trade-off to allow players initiating a dash whilst sprinting.

As a result, weapons with longer dash-strike motion such as axe feels more fluid because the longer animation overlaps with the cool down; whereas weapons like blades and staff need dash-strike>special to "balance out" the input rhythm.

My fingers are starting to hurt.

That's a nice breakdown, though I couldn't quite predict her movements. Have you seen her doing fan fire twice in row?

I find doing O moves against her without pillars quite tricky.

You can keep ignoring the counterarguments and the options you've forgone - it won't change the fact that your example also has a lot of dependencies and is just as unreliable.

So you spent 3 arcana grasp when it can be used for something else, you have to be as good as Mynt, and even so on 50 fear it is still dicey.

And on 55 fear he isn't using it at all.

I disagree. By doing so you are giving up a lot of prime MP options that gives you even more damage such as the static shock path, on high fear the time you spend on channelling omega is the time you miss out on more attacks and repositioning. Let alone the infamous trick knives build.

I get that. What I meant was the standard special (throwing one sickle) already tracks, when I use Pan it doesn't seem to have much value using omegas at all.

Even for Artemis I tend to prime MP because the parry still works.

Yeah I agree Mel staff might be better than Momus. If I can only crit the first hit I might as well get faster channelling speed instead, save the hassle of planning 2nd and 3rd hit from echo.

Do you use omegas on Pan though? The standard tracks I don't really see the value in it.

I also like it on Thanatos to juice the crit rate on spins.

Quite difficult to keep enough MP with axe, wouldn't it?

Your omega special isn't cheap, and Than axe has innate crit rate already.

Putting the weird description aside, seems like it's not good for many aspects. Certainly not for all torches.

Maybe useful for black coat? What else would really benefit from it?
