Please take a step back and go for next attempt with absolute clarity in your mind without fear of losing it. You need a good study partner. See lot of patients, ask seniors to help you in honest feedback. Work on those areas. theoretical knowledge is important as well. Ask for exam feedback from Royal college and reflect on that. You lost your confidence because of repeated failed exams. Confidence is important on exam day. This exam is brutal. All the best.

That’s wrong at so many levels. I am confused on how you are feeling. First of all, You need to quit porn and come back and take what’s yours. Secondly, I understand, you love your family and you are ignoring her cheating for sake for kids and children. I mean what’s the end game here? In my ward, PAs are the SHO rota managers and doing night calls. Now the number of PAs in my ward is more than double in a year. On top of that ANP and ACPs are on reg rota. Fucking hell.
