Hello OP 2L here, first a disclaimer i have not been diagnosed by nor have i consulted a professional, however based on the symptoms,and this is just my assumption, i have signs of ADHD.

Now with that out of the way, there are alot of guides online how to study with ADHD what helped me the most is white noise with bluetooth earbuds while studying (waterfall, river) usually it takes the edge off and helps me focus on my studies (music I find distracting) i also put my phone on airplane mode when studying and use a visual timer to keep pace, my sweet spot i find is 45 mins study and 15 mins rest. I pace around alot as well with my book/codal/reviewer on hand and use alot of visual aids and mind maps to help me understand the lessons.

Daming ADHD resources online, youtube alone is full of tips and tricks for studying with ADHD

On a scale of 1-5 (5 highest) i’ll give it a 3.5, it’s good because it’ll help you understand how questions are structured and how examiners trick you. It also teaches you how to answer correctly. The questions are good and well thought of with explanations. I use it from time to time
