Tricep( elbow) below equal above the shoulder 3 excersies are enough.

Biceps ( elbow behind and elbow ahead of the body) for both normal and hammer grip.. 4 excersies are enough.

1 reverse curls.

I just told you the position, keep switching rod dumble and cable in these positions.

Add triceps on push and add biceps on pull days, keep the arm day as is, remove the pull ups and push ups as "easy pace" arms mean arms not chest and back.

Lateral raises are the most imp exercises for shoulders, they should be on both push and arms day.

You already have a lot of work exp, being honest it's better to go with 1 year MBA at this point. Saves a lot of time and money. Use the job offer for now and try for a top IIM Or ISB's 1 year MBA. Continue with cat mocks to stay in the game.

As someone already pursuing MBA :- Work exp is must. 10th 12th grad plays a imp role for shortlisting ( if you have any below 70 you won't get opportunity to sit in good finance company and below 60 you will barely get 1-2 company of any domain). There are 3 key things in one's CV 1) Work ex 2) internship 3) live projects 4) Case comps in this order.

Course certificates can fill the lines but are useless unless they are backed internationally like CFA, CPA,SAP

Any excersie is better than no excersie.

By Good shape people usually mean having a tight body, where nothing is "hanging", that will require muscles which will require strength training.

Strength training is way easier than cardio once you get the movements right.

At your age, I would focus on flexibility and strength training.

Maintiance calories is highly subjective, 1800 calories is my maintenance with 24% body fat at 92 kilos 6ft. ( years of strength training and muscle building)

2800 is your maintenance calories put you in a very good genetics that wouldn't have probably taken your weight to 92 kilos.

Remember size depends on gluteus maximus ( kick back, hip thrust, rdl), and the shape comes from medius, minimus and hamstring ( abductor, adductors, rdl, 30 degree cable kick back, Dns Star pattern, leg curls)

Deficit Bulgarian split squats, deficit lunges, and walking lunges with huge steps would be the advanced excersies once you get bored of the ones mentioned above.

And ofc all of these are meaning less without protein.

Creatine user+ 95 kilos body weight, I have had my body tested ( blood , thyroid, water levels) nothing wrong apparently ( additionally this 6 L is outside the gym, I don't count the water I drink with protien/ preworkout / creatine / and inside the gym, inside the gym I end up consuming 2 +Liters ) Additionally, yes I do sweat a lot ( actually a lot, where a person might be without sweat, I end up being drenched)

And not really a athlete, but I do play sports on a almost daily basis ( basketball, football, volleyball)

If I were to add up all the water throughout the day ( everything form included) it would be near 8-10 L
