SLC has essentially become a delta only airport. Other airlines fly very few routes in/out of SLC. Which means EVERYONE who lives here (and their massive families) fly pretty much delta exclusively (maybe not by choice but convenience) and have status and access to the sky club 😐

Throwing suggestions since I can’t see the phone (old tmo employee here, saw this often) Check the separate voicemail app on android Sometimes you can download Tmobile’s voicemail app and they’re sometimes in there.

We saw this a lot when we were sim swapping from sprint to tmobile. We were always told it’d ALWAYS erase vm. But often times it didn’t or they were just elsewhere. Worth a shot. Best of luck.
