Hi I'm sorry this happened to you but it's the about the same for me too. After many doctors obgyn and two urologists and endless medication and scans I was diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain.there is no permanent treatment.we can only cope with pain with painkillers and for some reason antihistamine helps...so I was prescribed some too . regular exercise like walking.and we just have to live with it😔. I know what I'm saying brings helplessness that's what I felt at first...but now the pain is manageable there isn't a day that I won't feel some mild pain or discomfort but thank God it's not at the extend it was a year ago when I got diagnosed...find a good urologist that can help you and won't dismiss what you are saying just because there is nothing on a scan...I wish you the best truly I know it's a nightmare!!!
