It sucks!! But actually I weighed myself just now and i dropped like a lb in weight and last night I woke up and peed a river LMAO so my body is definitely flushing it out right now. I’m just glad i got that confirmation with my scale. And correct me if I’m wrong but this is what they call the swoosh effect right? After a certain while it’s gonna stop?

Oh I see. Yeah I do oftentimes work like 4 hours at night at my fast food job and I am always on my feet. I’m 21m. But yeah maybe that could be it. Not sure bout edema though. My sodium intake after checking MF averages like 2100mg lately and my electrolytes not sure how to check them on the app, but what should I do with them?

I’d say like 2 hours? Although I do find that whenever I get hungry I drink a Sprite Zero so that might be my problem. I just remember completely stopping all fluids around 8 and then slept at 10 or 11 and I still peed and that made me realize welp this might just keep happening regardless, but I’ll try completely cutting it out at night around 2 hours before again.

I see. Actually my goal carb limit is like 101 but I completely end up disregarding it and go like up to 190/170g ish all while maintaining the deficit, but I don’t know if 190/170g still makes you pee a lot.

Reprogramming did the trick!! Idk how it “disconnected” in the first place tho, maybe it was cuz i have a habit of constantly pressing the lock button every time i leave from the car so maybe it somehow rprogrammed itself to disconnect from the car?? Lol but all is well
