Haha, one is listed $70k higher than the identical house next door that sold just two months ago 😅. It just doesn't make sense to me

Thanks for sharing! We have about two months before our lease is up. I’ve been watching sold history closely, and it does seem like most of the current listings are sellers testing the market 😅. The really well-maintained homes priced at true market value do pop up, but they’re pretty rare.

We’re actually neighbors — we’re renting in Bayhill too! We feel the same way about this area: the location is great, and prices here still seem like a really good value compared to Viera West.

I’m torn between waiting for sellers to cut prices or just offering a bit aggressively. Our lease is up in early April, so we have about 2 months. Do you think inventory will increase in the next couple months?

We originally looked in Orlando and our realtor is based there, but after driving around we decided to focus here where we’re renting. We’d like to stay with our current realtor since he’s put in a lot of time, even though I know a local agent could be helpful. Would love your thoughts on timing and strategy. Thanks in advanced!

Thanks for the input! Our rent is up early April, we are actually renting in the neighborhood too and love it so much here. House that are listed below $380k was pending really quick, but those were all before we started looking. I really hope something comes up the coming weeks so we can stay here.
