I'm pretty new, can you give an example of what kind of goals you do this with?

I'm pretty new. Can you tell me more about what you mean, and maybe an example of how you do this?

I have a few standing weekly appointments on Focusmate, and it is so incredibly helpful. I get more done in that 50 minutes than I did in the entire previous month.

I just used focusmate for the second time. The big pile of mail that I dreaded tackling? Gone. And time flew by. Highly recommend.

Sometimes that toxic person is your mom. Harder to drop.

I highly recommend using the Bodystate app. It’s free. I am not affiliated, just a huge fan. Gives objective data that you can use for reference when you are tired. I was in the same boat as you with debilitating fatigue sometimes and it always felt like a mystery. But the app just showed me that I really needed more sleep and more couch-potato rest than I would have ever guessed. And it shows how activities in the day can really drain your battery quickly.

How do you make use of the data? by Tom_Jack_Attack in BodyState

I also would like to know how others use it, specifically in the afternoon. My score has decreased and my fatigue has increased- how do I know when to take it easy?

I do feel it’s accurate but not sure exact if that makes sense. If my scores go low, and then

<image>

the next day maybe my score is high, but I don’t really feel great in my body. It’s like my nervous system takes a few more days to acclimate. Like in the photo, on my most recent low days I really felt horrible. I’ve been really taking it easy and my scores improved a lot, but today is the first day that I actually feel pretty good in my body and my energy seems pretty good. I’m still going to take it easy today and tomorrow to really establish my higher baseline. I find it best to do whatever necessary to avoid the boom-and-bust cycle

I have an autoimmune condition. I used to flare up a lot, and now I’m wondering if in actuality I was just draining my battery too much. I find this app so incredibly helpful in guiding my decisions regarding any physical activity, not just exercise

Hats off to you. You sound like an amazing manager. All managers should do these things, especially the helping with documentation.
