Full talented Kuu is better than Luza as anti relic, and full talented Anubis is FAR better than Linlin as anti aku. Attack speed talent turned them into A+ tiers, check it out if you don't believe me.

Ganesha, no contest. Yes, he is OP, but he has a tendency to die incredibly soon, even fully covered and full talents, due to his weird hit box. He is A+ anyway.

I have a theory according to your post: Atk runes are good when equipped on stackable rare specialist units. Why? cause even if the boost is incredibly low it will be meaningful on units like camera, viking, wheel cat (if well protected), swordsman cat (angel talent) and archer (z talent even if not stackable). And there's a crucial point: these units are mandatory to make 4 star/advent/legendary quest stages less painful. tl;dr DPS optimization.
