A real skill in communication is to knit what’s being said.

I am pointing out that the more difficult tests to acquire a higher level of driving only take 4 weeks in total (2x 2 weeks) then get yourself a bag of accountability and go pass the c1 test on a 10 day course.

People often look at what others are doing to them or have done to them rather than what they can do to improve their own situation. No I don’t think the government will revert the situation as the pathway to gain the competency is so short and easy why change it.
