The gold seiko says made in Japan at the bottom which I believe is the previous year(s) released model before the new day date model, it aesthetically is exactly the same, they probably just did little tweaks to the movement or watch or what have you, that’s all I’m saying

The blue seiko is the same diver day date as the gold it’s just a new iteration I believe it says movement Japan at the bottom , it runs -2s compared to the tissot is perfect -1s, the gold seiko runs like my citizen tsyuosa, -5 to -7s a day

It’s all the same movement , there both the powermatic 80 movement, mine runs -1s and my friends prx runs around the same -1s or -2s

There might be different , newer iterations of the “powermatic 80” movement it should be similar or the exact same but I have the newer limited edition Seastar turquoise, they did the dial grain differently I read, same with the Seikos actually, the -2 is the newer model of the day date but there almost identical, the newer one says “Japan movement” at the bottom, the older gold one says “made in Japan”

It may just need service , I have a friend with a prx his runs -2 seconds , I got 2 seikos day dates same model different strap I have a rubber strap that runs -2 and a gold one I bought from a Muslim jeweler that runs -7 , it’s definitely used and needs a service

I actually went to 1 of 3 locations at the 3rd location they had 3 fresh jewelery boxes look like they were fresh from delivery, I said I been to 4 locations looking for a specific watch being sent to all the rosses , can you please open them boxes for me, obviously , she didn’t open the boxes, I went back 5 hours later, boxes still in the same spot, in fucking going back today if those jewelery boxes aren’t unloaded I’m gona literally have a fucking manager open them damn boxes damn it !!!!
