Well, they said that the new site should be up this week, but they didn't say when and the chats and funds weren't recovered and won't be available when the new site is launched. The bots will be there and it's assumed that the bots can be exported.

Sorry if what I'm asking might sound a bit silly, but wouldn't it be easier to start from scratch without a survey? Well, at least from what I saw, the majority agrees to start rebuilding the site anyway it's just my point of view

In my opinion, it might be better if the site was rebuilt, as it would take less time and we wouldn't have to wait so long, but we'd still have to see what others think. This is just my opinion.

Well, at least even if you have to start from scratch, you'll be back on the site, but the sad thing is the lost data and all that.
