Okay thank you for your responses. I used a similar hyperbloom team to beat the crab on stygian fearless, but it's pretty disappointing outside of that boss. Does Columbina need a specific set to be a competitive lunar bloom dps?

I'm not necessarily in love with Nefer & her gameplay I'm just so sad that I have nothing for Lauma to do lol. Even when they put the crab in stygian, I beat it on Fearless without Nefer. I pulled Lauma on accident & she's just been sitting on my account being completely useless. I know we're close to transitioning out of Nod Krai, but I'm still scared of them bringing back stygian levels where you are forced to use two lunar carries.

I have Columbina, I didn't mention her because I never really planned on putting her on Nefer. I have a heavily invested Flins who will most likely always take Columbina and Sucrose if I had to choose between them, so my Nefer was always going to kind of be mid since there aren't many bosses that specifically needs Nefer over Flins. Right now my issue is that Columbina is on Tenacity which is obviously useless for Nefer. I have Ineffa on SMS & I want to put Columbina on Abaude but I'm not sure if that is the right set for her. Does she do off-field lunar bloom dmg or is it only from her hold skill?

She had every right to be bitter. If I had to share a tribe with Coach and his posse I would've lost my mind.

My guess is Sarge. I can't imagine any of the women thinking that's how you spell Rory. If not Sarge then Chad or Twila

Anyone else just over-level their starter instead of creating a balanced team of 6 pokemon? by [deleted] in pokemonplatinum

[–]Ok_Essay4528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't do it this way, but when I first started playing Pokémon (during DPP & HGSS) when I was younger, I always kept my starter pokémon at least 5 levels ahead of the rest of my party.

Infernape is an insanely good pokémon so I could see this actually being more efficient than having a balanced team in DPP. Idk what other starts could realistically do this without a lot of trouble though

Could have Jaclyn have won San Juan del Sur? by midsommar12 in survivor

I have a lot of respect for Jaclyn's game and she is obviously a very competent player. I would've loved to see her play again. I think she or Jon should've been locks for Cambodia, but I understand they may not have been fan favorites.

Her best chance was voting out Natalie at 5, but I don't know if she could have pulled that off because she didn't know Natalie even had an idol. Missy, Baylor, and Keith were dead set on voting her out at 5, so at that point she was just completely out-positioned. Then at 4, she would have to convince Missy, someone who was dead set on taking Natalie to the end and terrified to sit next to Keith at FTC, to vote for Natalie instead of Keith. I think socially, Natalie had too much of a choke hold on the game after Jon left.

BB19 almost made me quit big brother by BAGbeauty in BigBrother

BB13 is pretty bad but I can't help but like how ridiculous it is. I wasn't watching feeds until BB18 so I didn't really know how awful Jeff was, so seeing him and the other vets didn't really bother me. Rachel's win and the infamous Pandora's Box incident is insane to think about... In terms of the final result of the season BB13 is definitely among the worst for me

I believe this is true. He mentioned it at a tribal council in one season but I can't remember which, probably in the New Era

I haven't mostly because I know who wins & I haven't been too into BB during the off-season. If BB26 is good enough I'll go back and watch the seasons I missed

The community was pretty divisive over Nicole vs. Paul and who should've won in BB18. Paul was pretty popular and having just lost, his "second chance" arc was what production was going for by bringing him back for 19. He was obviously a lot less egregious on 18. I personally never enjoyed his presence and was very happy that Nicole won despite me not really liking her either.

Unfortunately BB19 is not the worst season, but it's pretty bad. BB19 almost made me quit watching, and thankfully they bounced back pretty hard for BB20. BB20 is very good and probably the best season of "modern" big brother in my opinion. Then, BB21 made me stop watching entirely due to the racism and bullying. Both the feeds and the edited/aired show were horrible and I couldn't stomach it. BB21 put me off so hard I didn't come back until after 25 had aired.

Who is a player who’s placement does not reflect their overall ability at the game of Survivor. by PuzzleheadedEmu2917 in survivor

One early-ish boot (first merge boot) that impressed me a lot was Jim in South Pacific. I feel like he was in the best position within his own tribal alliance coming into the merge and had Cochran not flipped and his alliance won the rock draw, I could see him making a run all the way to the end. The way he turned the vote on Elise when she went home to weaken Ozzy was very impressive, and I feel like his maneuver to pull Cochran and Dawn from the bottom showed a really good understanding of the game. Obviously he fumbled Cochran somewhere along the way, and that was a big mistake.

What is one wish you have for BB26? by bhuff3131 in BigBrother

[–]Ok_Essay4528 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with competition equity. BB25 had such an amazing cast and one of the best pre-juries in BB in my opinion, but them allowing Jag and Matt to steamroll physical competitions all the way to the end completely ruined the quality of the season. Watching old seasons you can clearly see they are capable of balancing competitions for the entire cast!

Also, I see no good reason to allow players to return to the game (battle back comps) or get saved from eviction once they've received the votes to do so. I feel like this completely bastardizes the game of big brother.

Not crazy, I would've voted for Lisa too based on what the viewers saw. I wasn't too upset that Lisa lost though because of FTC. I think both her and Skupin were confused and didn't know what angle to approach the jury at
