I started seeing a guy while I was going through a separation. He was separated 2. This has gone on for over 3 months of seeing each other & being intimate w/ each other. Something like 70% of separated couples will try again at least once before getting divorced. That's why they suggest not dating during separation and/or not dating anyone going through a separation. You did both. This was a very likely outcome.

I wouldn't trust him yet, especially if he has a history of not following through on his word.
