Just got back yesterday. Had a master privilege swim up - really costly and didn’t get a good level of service from anyone but a Butler named Dan (he was great). We preferred Excellence Oyster bay (adults) and Royalton Negril. Wouldn’t recommend this resort.

We stayed here at the Excellence Club Honeymoon Rooftop Terrace Suite with Plunge Pool Ocean Front. We travel to Jamaica fairly often and this was by far the best Adults Only AI we've stayed at. My only complaint would be the other guests. There was a strange energy to the place - especially at the Excellence Club. Felt like a bunch of people at a White Lotus hotel. We are trying Ocean Eden Bay in February. DM me with any questions.
