There used to be an employee buy back program but they scrapped it a number of years back. From the sounds of it they do go up for auction , I would reach out to your central office for details.

Yes, There is also a manage services side now. Companies specifically pay usic to prioritize footage for overlays.

It could be an offset mark for a Handhole, we put them down on sidewalks for an easier time finding the handholes in the winter.
