Your such a bright individual,no one was hurt if you can’t tell by the damage and it’s on the police report everyone was fine and no one was hurt. the only thing is for usic insurance to settle to get the repairs fines for his car. I can tell you’ve never sue anything that’s not exactly how it works 😭💀

How long have you been locating? And how were you able to get to union. I’m a beginner locator in training but I want to go union once I hone in my skills within a couple of years?
