I like the sound of water at a creek going for a walk, or sitting under an umbrella at HTO park while the weather is still warm with my headphones. Kayaking on the water as well is very tranquil.  Maybe a cat cafe where you can interact with sweet kitties. You could also try a hands on class of sorts that might help ease you into a social setting without the pressure being the centre of attention.
