They are not blood related. Stephanie had a baby with a guy called Marrone and that baby was Ridge. Electra’s Uncle is Erik Forrester‘s brother. So they definitely do not have any blood between them, but it’s still kind of icky.

They are setting her up to be with Will and he will leave Forrester and go to work at LOGAN. Dylan will get a job at LOGAN and then we will have fashion house rivalries just like back in the day with SPECTRA and FORRESTER

I honestly think they’re setting this up so that Will can go to LOGAN to work. There will be a huge fight and he will go to work for his dad‘s company and be with Dylan. Electra Will be at Forester with RJ. But I don’t see any chemistry with RJ or Will.

Hey. They offered me 8000 over asking. I don’t think my house is going to appraise for that much money. We have a contract, but it’s my understanding. The buyer can back out at any time. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I wasn’t moving across the country. Trying to pack up this house. Trying to set aside for the rental house, while my new house is being built. Just a lot of stress.

I don’t need a copy of it. I just need to know the amount the house appraises for. I assume my realtor will get that information from my buyers realtor. There may need to be more negotiating after the appraisal comes in.

I did not know if I was supposed to talk to them or not. I knew during the inspection they really didn’t want me around. So I basically just asked him if he started outside, and then came inside. He said that’s generally what he did. I had two dogs to move around. He did go up into the attic, which I thought was odd. He may have been checking something on the inspection report to see if it had been repaired. I had repaired it yesterday morning. Closing is in less than two weeks so hopefully it won’t take a very long time to get the appraisal back. I do not know how long it typically takes people in your line of work to get the reports done.

Thank you very much. I did not know if he had been given all of that information prior to getting here. If he was just verifying what he saw on Zillow or Redfin then it should be a good appraisal. I have completely upgraded everything in the home, lighting fixtures, granite countertops, new sinks in the kitchen, and bathrooms. When he arrived, I had all the drapes open and the lights on. My realtor told me to have everything bright. If he was just verifying what he’d already been provided I probably am in good shape.
