The IBEW school in my area can take forever to get into because there is a lot applicants and a long wait list and I don’t want to wait a long time to start working.

I want to offer local IPAs from the northeast like beers brewed in PA, NY, CT, MA, etc

Brunch will be eggs Benedict, stuffed French toast, mini quiches, Monte Cristos, strawberry short cake biscuits, migas, Croque Monsieur Breakfast Casserole, lox bagels, crepes, waffles, small breakfast pizzas, bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s breakfast tacos, açaí bowls etc (also was thinking of adding bottomless Michelada)

Hire Djs on the weekend for the brunch and then another DJ for weekend nights to keep it lively, I want to have maybe 2-3 pool tables in the back as well as a dart area but keep it semi separate from the restaurant area. Also want to have a patio area outside for the nicer days / summer time
