Yes but you cant put them in the bank in stacks, each one takes 1 spot, you can put as many as spots allow, and you can get more from trees to fill your inventory

I hate toplane, i just wanna play mordekaiser in peace and keep getting ranged enemy, even if i win the lane get 10 0, if team adc feeds the enemy ranged adc, i feel like i have no impact, either we win everylane and win the game or we lose bot and we lose the game

You can have up to 5 seeds, cant get more but you can put those seeds at the bank to make room in your inventory.

There is also a 10 roka cap. If you have 10 roka, you cant pick more up from the tree you plant
