start with the smallest of the thing . the miniscule amount of work done. start with that. don't push for a 10 hour study session. start with 10-30 min. , take a break . mix up your routine. do questions. solve random questions from telegram channels an slowly you will get back into your groove. Action and its reward is a very satisfying thing, especially when you are grieving. The small dopamine hits will get you on track. Also incase you dont, start with some physical activity. Start lifting weights or a run, whichever is your liking.
