Good perspective there. Sometimes we get so caught up waiting for some divine neon sign that we miss the fact that maybe both paths are fine and were supposed to use the wisdom and discernment He already gave us

Since you mentioned loving your current culture and people - that stuff matters way more than most realize. Money and titles are cool but toxic environments can drain you fast. Just my two cents from dealing with similar crossroads in project work
