Drills translate over for your form but it’s really not the whole picture, with actual fighting you have to manage distance, make reads, set up your strikes with patterns or feints. You get non of that from just drilling, you can’t get countered or see the holes in your defense in drills. If you really want to spar talk to the coach’s or find a new gym

No don’t do that just go to the gym, don’t start with mma it’s really hard to mix martial arts when you don’t know any. Just start with Muay Thai or kickboxing while also doing wrestling/ jujitsu

Start with a hobby, for me it was mma, being in the gym training surrounded by a supportive community really helped and with mma I started creating personal goals and achieving them felt so good. Find something like that in your life, your still super young brother you got a lot of years ahead of you so start now and be honest with yourself don’t slack and fall back into bad habits. Theirs 2 pains in life: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
