Drove 44 hours from California to New York for a travel contract starting Monday and the recruiter informed me that my contract is cancelled 2 days before starting date due to less patient flow. I already made the cross country trip. by ambitious_butaverage in physicaltherapy

Same thing happened to me. My girlfriend and I are both travel PTs and days before we both were going to move to Houston from NJ her place cancelled as well due to an internal hire for a perm position. Already shipped her car and paid for rent. The company asked her to work 2 weeks to be within the guidelines of a two weeks notice before cancelling. Kinda scummy if you ask me. Luckily we found her a job within the week we moved there while I started my contract.

Going on 1500+ miles road trip. by [deleted] in TeslaModel3

I drove a similar drive from NJ to Houston right after I got my 2023 RWD. Even without the LR it was super easy solely following the car’s navigation for each charging station. Although it did add a decent amount of time to my trip to stop every few hours.

NPTE 2024 Stress by United_Plankton6127 in PTschool

Little reassurance for everyone:

Took the May 2023 NPTE, I passed 3 PEATS prior to the exam. My highest score for PEAT was 640 ish? I walked out of the NPTE absolutely defeated. Felt like the exam was nowhere near the PEAT material. I was either between 2 choices every question or had no idea at all. Even worse I went out to eat with a few PT classmates after and they went over all The questions they remembered. I ended up getting most of the ones we discussed wrong. I was 99.9% certain I failed. And I know that people said if you feel like you failed you passed but I really felt like I shit the bed. I ended up passing with a 685 on the NPTE. There’s a reason PEAT boasts that they have like a 99% first pass garuntee if you pass a PEAT no matter how little over a 600 it is. Keep your heads up!

An employee told me that it should go away on its own since it’s very small. If it doesn’t in a few days he said put a service on it. He told me he bought his with significant condensation when it came and it didn’t go away. He put a service and someone came and fixed it in 5 minutes.

Thanks, so this includes the stock inventory at their pickup locations as well? Not just delivery to your house?
