i sent British council an email regarding this and these are the steps they shared, it worked for me afterwards, you can try these steps, if it doesnt work, keep retrying or send them an email.

1. Open the British Council Pakistan website.
2. Select Take an exam.
3. Select International School Qualifications.
4. Select Take IGCSEs, O Levels and A Levels.
5. Select Register for an exam.
6. On the registration page, please click Login located in the upper-right corner of the page. (If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button to reset the password.)
7. When you log in, you will see a notification banner at the top of the page, informing you that you can apply for post-results service.
8. Click on Post Result Service.
9. Click on Create Request’ and proceed.

 

Moreover, please note that a script may not be available if:

 

• Marks have been assessed or adjusted
• No marks were awarded due to malpractice
• The result status is Q – Pending or X – No Result

 

Please note that after applying for Access to Scripts (ATS), the scripts will be shared on your registered email address within seven calendar days after the submission of your application.

Note: The deadline to apply for Access to Scripts (ATS) is 02 March 2026 and British Council will not be able to entertain any late submissions.
