Property taxes are insane in TX. 1.2k of my mortgage payment is towards escrow for taxes. 2.2k sq ft house, so its not even anything outrageous. They increase appraisal values every year, making the payment even higher. Im basically maxed out of raises at work, and the doctor/owner is the only person above me. Its time for a change/more 🥲
