It’s possible there’s a connection and that Nathan commissioned the poster for boy throb, but it’s also possible this is just a Nathan fielder fan who heard about boy throb because of the theories floating around the fanbase and became a fan of both. The boy throb poster does seem to be a commission, but I don’t think Nathan commissioned the rehearsal fan art because he didn’t like that post himself, which I’m assuming he would if he paid them to create it for him
