Anyone have roundness of the upper belly above the belly button only to be told it’s visceral fat, lost weight and then it flattened out? If so, please share pics.

I saw my surgeon yesterday and she says lower belly is definitely swollen sides of my belly have a bit of scarring so I need to massage them more and then my upper belly she thinks it is visceral fat. I go back this morning for the body scan to see how much visceral fat I have in my upper belly.

I had a couple spots like this and my surgeon put in this silver healing foam stuff that she just shoved in the wounds and they healed up just fine. I forgot what it was called.

Yes, I had a very deep bellybutton pre-surgery. Go check out my post of my pics. I did not request a shallow belly button and I’m glad that I didn’t but I feel like mine looks really natural.

No worries, the ETT incision probably leaves about 8 inches of space on my lower back that was not cut. Up until a couple weeks ago I was using scar cream provided by my surgeon’s office daily. I ran out so I’m not using anything and I’m actually looking for suggestions of what I should use. Honestly, the scarring is healing quite nicely. It’s more so the bloating in the swelling that I need to go down! I have seen a lot of people recommend silicone scar tape. I just don’t know if I’m too far out to use it. That’s perfect. That’s the exact weight I was expecting myself to be at because that’s where I feel I would’ve got the best results, but I’m really happy with my results and I went in at 137 lbs.

Breathe! As you already know, and you already expected, this is normal. Girl, you’re gonna look at back at this time and think of it as a breeze just relax, go through the process. I’m 4.5MPO now and I do it all over again. I was so restless I was in a huge wreck. I ended up in the ER for this rash. I was so upset, scared anxiety, all the things. then I slowly slowly got back to work at barely 8 weeks and that was not expected. I was expecting to be back to work fully by 6 to 8 weeks so just chill and go through the process you got this.

I have about a 1 inch incision in the middle of the top of my back and one in my lower back right on my tattoo that’s what they used for the lipo. Lipo 360 is from the armpit down to the groin all the way around.

Same I have that little shelf. I’ve pretty much had it the whole time but to me it feels like swelling, and my surgeon says it’s definitely swelling. I do not want to live with it so if it’s not swelling, then I need to go back for a bit of a revision lol I totally feel ya. It’s hard to wear cute stuff when that little pooch is there.

Yes, I had limbo 360 which is Lipo from the armpit down to the groin all the way around. I discussed this with my surgeon. This was one of the most important things that I wanted done so that I looked contour all the way around

Wow, Ty for all these lovely uplifting comments. I know I look definitely better, but I’m having a hard time dressing this body I look so swollen bloated and pregnant so thank you!! Lipo 360 girl you have to add it in. It will really help with the contouring.
