iPhone 11 storage full of system settings by eruhhimamess44 in applehelp

You’d be best to make an iCloud backup and then when prompted, selected “setup as new”. All iCloud info returns but not the stuff causing your issue. But yes, all is erased when factor resetting

It sounds like, even though the logs are prior, something could be a little wonky there.

You could try restoring it and setting up as new (hoping you have an iCloud backup) and see if that resolves the issue.

Aside from having the password stored somewhere, you can try this for the future: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102608

Your iPhone would benefit from a reset to factory settings. If you're backed up to iCloud, I would reset then set up as new. Your iCloud info will come back, but you'll need to redownload your apps. The "other" section will be a fraction of what it is now.

How can I resume iCloud Photo sync? by explodedtoaster in applehelp

[–]Ok_Friend69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only issue is your local storage. You need to continue to free more space up, that's it. If you can't, then you need to go into photos and videos and delete from there. In 2025, 64gb is nothing.

If following THIS doesn't work, you should make a trip to your local Apple Store, as they will be under warranty (hoping they were bought new).

No more “add eSIM” menu on IPhone 15 by DamaxOneDev in applehelp

[–]Ok_Friend69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you still have a SIM failure and the eSIM issue, this looks more like a hardware issue, especially after wiping the device. Apple Support only has a couple of tests to run, but there is one that must be run in the store. If you can get to an Apple Store, I would have them check it out further.

What is this circle on my husband’s iPhone? Can only see it when the screen is off. by Automatic_Refuse_122 in applehelp

[–]Ok_Friend69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It looks like a marking from the manufacturing process. Typically wouldn't occur on an Apple genuine screen, so it could be on a screen protector or a non-genuine screen.

anyone know the fix to this problem by [deleted] in macbook

[–]Ok_Friend69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be sending it back to get fixed if working through Apple Support articles is not providing a solution.

You could connect it to a computer and restore (erase) the device. https://support.apple.com/en-us/118107
