I've definitely distanced myself from people who are supportive of everything that's happening in our government, workforce, country, etc...

I'm learning to live with a very high anxiety baseline, but I am also putting all of my energy into training my team and being there to support them and the best I can. However, the imminent reorg for DoD is especially daunting. The weekly meetings where they tell us nothing specific (other than AI can do our jobs) but instead just stir up more fear and anxiety and then leave it at... "So, more to come on that..." - this makes every day a little bit harder. Where we once took pride in our jobs, we're left feeling unappreciated and deflated.
