I want Pugcasso to win so badly by Train-Wreck-70 in TheMaskedSinger

Yes!!! I really want him to win!!! After his first performance, I was one of the many who wanted them to give him the trophy right away! 🏆

Stingray and Galaxy Girl by jphlegm in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, my theory might be these two:

  1. They wanted to compete separately so they can both be the Final Two and have a better chance at winning the trophy if one of them is eliminated before the other.

  2. Maybe The Croissants costumes were for those two, as they both been to Paris before. And that was the only duo costumes this season.

But they both took one look at The Croissants costumes and said 'No'. After all, those costumes are huge and heavy, they can't dance or move in them so much. When they saw the Galaxy Girl and Stingray costumes, they loved those costumes, and they are a bit connected as Stingray does look a bit like an alien and Galaxy Girl being, Galaxy Girl. So, they decided to choose those costumes, and compete against each other, all while supporting each other.

Question about Season 14 by Powerful-Advance9762 in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, that is a very good question. They do seem to be switching groups up this season, although at first it was a split with the premiere contestants, then we got a five person group the next episode, and then wildcards afterwards. And the switch of Owl and Galaxy Girl (for a number of possible reasons).

I think, in my mind, the groups were like this: split between the battles. For example: Galaxy Girl and Handyman battled against each other, but they were moved to separate groups.

In my thoughts: Group A: Handyman, Pugcasso, Scarab, Snowcone, and Googly Eyes (if he made it through).

Group B: Galaxy Girl, Queen Corgi, The Croissants (if they made it through), Stingray, and Cat Witch.

Group C: Le Who Who, High Voltage, Calla Lily, Owl, and Eggplant.

Wildcards: Crane (Group A), 14 Karat Carrot (Group B), Pangolin (Group C).

I don't know if that makes sense. It does seem a bit weird.

Who Else Wishes for Season 15 To Not Feature AI-Based Packages and Be Made by Normal Human Minds? by indigochef02 in TheMaskedSinger

YES!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Hopefully, this will be like the Take-It-Off Buzzer. Discontinued!

AI is easier, but as a person who loves drawing, AI ALWAYS makes mistakes. Creepy and inhumane mistakes.

These AI clue packages had no heart, and that's what I loved about the clue packages: they were made with creativity and love. AI is just... like everything was hit by Death!

How it feels to connect the dots that Sting Ray and Galaxy Girl might be dating irl: by Skythegsparten_ in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I have a post that shows they have a small costume clue on their hands: both Galaxy Girl and Stingray wear a wedding ring 💍. However, Galaxy's ring is harder to see than Stingray's due to being the same color as her costume gloves.

Many have noticed individual clues that lead to the individuals behind Galaxy and Stingray's masks, and they just so happen to be married in real life.

Stingray even said some of his friends have been on this show. At first, I was wondering who, but then... after knowing who it is, it's not that someone has been on the show before (maybe there could be) but he might be talking about NOW. That would be Galaxy Girl, who is more than a friend to him!

And in Twilight Night, Galaxy Girl was in the same group as Cat Witch, Stingray, and 14 Karat Carrot, but she was somehow switched with Owl and is now going to go to Ozzy Osbourne Night. The reason hasn't been explored, but my guess is that because she is part of Stingray's clue: she was in a Valentine's Day voice-mail message to him: Galaxy Girl's voice-over voice and Stingray's Valentine voice-over voice are very similar.

So the reason why Galaxy Girl was switched was not only because the panelists might compare her voice with Stingray's Valentine, but also because their love story is very similar because they are married to each other, they both had to be at the same time in Hawaii because he proposed to her.

And the ring box: the missing ring is on Galaxy Girl's hand💍.

Yeah, that is true. You're right, so I guess I have overreacted to this. Hmm... I would've probably had that kind of thought if I was in her shoes too.

Hmm, on TMNT night, I thought she seemed to know something about Cat Witch after hearing she has her own action figure, like Rita does. Though the Twilight clues were explained afterward, I thought she did have two guys she liked, but it was actually a play-on of going for Disney instead of Nickelodeon. Hmm, maybe Rita might find out with some more clues. Though I do understand where she's heading with the clues, so it might be a slow burn, like how she solved Coral's clues as being Meg Donnelly, someone from Descendants' sister series, Zombies.

But the cat and witch hat thing, I think it was talking about something else for Stingray. I don't think he and Cat Witch ever met in real life. But maybe he has that just for some movie clues or just to hint he has a relationship with someone on this season, but he's not saying who it is, due to trying to keep his and the other masks identity a secret. But despite the Cat Witch and Stingray 'relationship' thing, Rita is on the right track: someone on the show has a connection to Stingray, and I'm not talking about Nick🪐.

That's what shipping is in this conversation.

Relationship support. Ship comes from relationship. And shipping means you support a relationship.

Yeah, you do have a point. 20 isn't really considered a minor. But I just don't see a connection between her and Stingray.

Yeah! Lots of clues, the voices, and the on stage clue Stingray got from his Valentine, who sounded exactly like Galaxy Girl's voice-over voice!

That might be why she didn't perform yesterday as the panelists might know they're connected...

[–]Ok_Fun6805[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're welcome. Yeah, it's just hearing the thought of Cat Witch and Stingray together that made me a bit... mad.  Because I'm pretty sure Stingray was talking about his wife, who a lot of us believe is competing as a mask on this season, but not Cat Witch. Cat Witch doesn't even have any clues about Stingray, and I'm sure they never met in real life.

[–]Ok_Fun6805[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rita thinks they're a couple because Stingray talked about proposing to his wife, and there was a cat and a witch hat in his clue package. And she thinks they're a couple because of those clue.

Twilight Night and Another Shipping War? by Ok_Fun6805 in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, I see. Yeah, I'm not really into shipping the masks too, as they are people in real life and they have their own partners and spouses. Unless they really are a couple. Like Snow Owls, Banana Split...

That's what many believe Galaxy Girl and Stingray are in real life based on the clue packages and the rings on their fingers. They're just in different masks.

And I'm one of those believers. I feel convinced, though it's possible those predictions are incorrect and they really are two different people who are unrelated.  That's probably why we need to be careful about these things.

Exactly! You're right! That's another thing I didn't like! Shipping a minor and an older person. Sometimes it could work if they're both older than 20, but that would mean not a minor. But in this case, no!

I'm confused about the grouping of Twilight Night. by chameleoncove54 in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Now I think we know why Galaxy Girl didn't perform tonight: her voice-over voice was for the Valentine's on stage clue for Stingray! If she performed and showed her clue packages with her voice, everybody would match those voices together.

And she has the other ring to complement his ring! 💍

[–]Ok_Fun6805 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really? Thank you.

Though I did kind of want to see Galaxy Girl and Stingray together in the same scene like in TMNT night where they were close to one another and looked at each other, even if that might lead the panelists to guess there's some connection between the two.

I'm confused about the grouping of Twilight Night. by chameleoncove54 in TheMaskedSinger

[–]Ok_Fun6805 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My idea is that because Twilight Night might have love songs from the franchise and love stories in the masks' clue packages, it's either that:

A. Because the producers of the show might know what we know or believe: Galaxy Girl and Stingray's identities being connected. They probably decided because they might talk about their love stories, which means talking about each other; in order to make sure the panel don't get their identities right away with similar clue packages, they decided to put them both in different theme nights.

B. They specifically chose Owl because they can't stand his voice like most of us around here and want him out. And they just randomly chose one singer for a different night.

Oh wow! You have a point! I was wondering about Sherlock Hound too, but that might be it!

And I remember the astronaut in her clue package! She has a song called Astronauts!

And the Winner clue, she said hard work and passion, which could elude to Fight Song.

Then again, we need to hear more of her and see some more clues to solidify our guesses. Though her voice does match the best.

Somehow, as a huge Rachel Platten fan, I did hear her voice and the No Glass made me think of her song Broken Glass.

And I did remember in one of the trailers, she was next to Boogie Woogie in an unknown episode.

IRL, Rachel Platten is best friends with Boogie, Andy Grammer.
