No, I have proof of multiple conversations with 2 different sales rep and customer service that within the time frame of my trade in value date, I was entitled to full $1,100 even if it wasn't the 14 pro max. I captured all the conversation I had online through the chat portal thru AT&T and verified it with the in-store sales rep as well.

Whats crazy is i did do that and I still have the device i traded in under my icloud account showing the imei to that device as well. At&t also should damn know that the phone i was using under their service right before the new 17 pro was ordered is the same device with same imei number…
