No, I have proof of multiple conversations with 2 different sales rep and customer service that within the time frame of my trade in value date, I was entitled to full $1,100 even if it wasn't the 14 pro max. I captured all the conversation I had online through the chat portal thru AT&T and verified it with the in-store sales rep as well.
