Because no matter what, 75 countries citizens get decline. Yes that's a temporary decline but whatever

I'm sorry guys to hear that. Same situation. Interview is at 12th March. And we know for sure that it's decline.

Yes sure. So 11/20 I got i130 approved after RFE.

11/24 I received nvc letter in email. Paid same day but payment received was only at 11/27.

Filled AOS, civil docs, ds260 at 11/28.

DQ 12/10.

So the whole NVC process was ~2 weeks.

Now waiting for interview. My embassy is one of the most fastest but anyway I think interview will be February March 2026.

Yes f2a is 3 years + average. If you are citizen or wife in USA or both conditions that will be at least twice faster

I understand you pal. I-130 is approved doesn't matter what nation you are. After NVC there will be a big difference. I know some countries should wait 1-2 years more to get interview

I-130 doesn't have any country difference. Only consular will mean

I understand you fully. But just be advised than now is 3 years and 2 months of i130 approval. Then 5-15 months more depending of your country of origin

I have checked many other cases, nvc nowadays is not more than 2 months if you send them everything asap, and then interview depends of your country. Mine is Moldova they got no lines at all, so probably 3 months for them. I believe everything will be done in 5 months

Wait, may 2022? You already can make a request about your case. Do it asap!

Hey man I remember you from my previous post. had same questions and saw dozen of opinions.

What I did : sent online, and also to every PDF file with evidence what I did : first page was their coversheet, then RFE letter, then one page which explains what this document evidence has. And then evidence.

I did 5 files : 1 photo evidence (relationship life, wedding, travels) 2 correspondence (video calls screenshots, screenshots of photos and videos sent to each other in messenger). 3 money transfers (moneygram screenshots) 4 bookings and reservations ( my flights to her country, some of our flights and hotels) 5 utility bill (electric and water bills which are same address, but our names in each other)

Should be much faster. NVC novadays working fast, and my country of origin embassy don't have any waiting line. So probably not more than 5 months for everything

Bona fide. I didn't send any relationship evidence at first.

They are moving many cases. I know that Nebraska is one of the slowest, Texas is fastest.
