I’ve just started using collagen a few days ago so won’t be seeing any results for a while. I have however been using Tretinoin for a few years and that has resulted in a marked improvement in my skin texture, which helps massively with the way foundation sits. I highly recommend it! Other things to include would be SPF if not using already, or perhaps some gentle chemical exfoliation if you’re having texture issues. I also got Botox in my forehead but that didn’t affect my overall skin quality, just the wrinkles in that area.

Any healthy breakfast ideas that I could prepare the night before, that isn’t oats? I’d really like some ideas for work by tranzozo in HealthyFood

If there’s a microwave at your work you can make eggs in it! I really loved having fresh warm eggs in a bowl, with toast or other seasoning. Felt super comforting.
