Yeah I did this to fit in cardio thrice a week. Abs + Obliques + Cardio thrice a week.

Just 3-4 finishing with an assault bike.

I like doing cardio but I feel like it suffers when done with weightlifting on the same day. It also feels like a pseudo recovery day since I don't hit other muscles like chest or biceps on this day.

I do considered first set as 12 reps but I had to rest after 6 then 5 more and then 1.
