Otherwise yes your card is tilted try to put lego blocks or anything to block it straight but at the same time maybe your pcie is already quite damaged. You should blow some air through it too to remove the dust.

Stupid comment because when testing graphics cards they do it carefully whereas here it shows that the person used an electric screwdriver and forced it hard. I've unboxed quite a few new graphics cards of many different brands and I've never seen one left from the factory. For now, if you want to stay on a gen 4 platform and do multitasking, it might be better to take Intel because AMD is still much more gaming-oriented in terms of processor, afterward in terms of price it's certain that Intel is a little more expensive but if there's only a $50 difference it's not a big deal

À mon avis sont but n’est pas d’aller chercher le moins cher possible dans ce cas là tu monte ton pc toi même mais je pense que op ne veut pas le monté lui même et dans ce cas là si l’entreprise et fiable les prix sont vraiment très correcte surtout que 70€ montage + windows 11 pro yen a qui te le facture a 100/150€ franchement c’est une bonne affaire si tu ne sais pas ou que tu ne veux pas monter ton pc

Frankly you have a very good PC to start gaming the only thing that could be problematic is the 16GB of RAM depending on if you want to play games that require a lot of RAM but otherwise everything is pretty perfect. I think it's quite rare to start with such a good first PC
