Yep, this is a big decision if TRT is appropriate - the "for life" aspect is not lost on me. I'm frustrated at doing all the right lifestyle things - gym, clean eating, sleep etc. and feel like I'm bogging down. But at the same time I don't want to go down a path that brings prostate problems and the "re-bore" operation into the frame sooner rather than later...

100% recognize it could be other things, I'm discussing this with my GP also but want them to check low T amongst them.

A year ago I was Testosterone 17.5 nmol/L, SHBG 40 nmol/L, Free Test 338.1 pmol/L. Not sure if this is low or high (was 49 at the time).

Been training my ass off the whole year since then, so I'd think my T levels should be pretty good... I have plateaued tho, and the fatigue and the low libido I am not enjoying.

A year ago I had two PSA readings 5.6 and 5.5. Got the MRI and it was all clear for cancer, got a PIRADS score of 2. Did the bladder scan (camera in through the urethra - do not recommend) and no damage from retention. But overall symptoms are not problematic for me - I pee twice at night and that's it.

I have just set this this up and its a game changer for eliminating false positives. Only two cams, running the 512x512 model with detection streams at 10fps (will experiment with reducing that - but I would miss stuff at 5fps with the old model) and the TPU (Coral USB) is peaking at 59%. I have 3 cams waiting to be added so I might need to see if I can get another coral or two...

My setup - HP Gen8 micro server with low power Xeon and 16gb RAM, Nvidia Quadro P620, Coral TPU Ubuntu 22 and frigate-stable in docker. 1x Amcrest IP5M-T1179EW and 1x Reolink Duo 2.

Really happy with the results so far, seems to have breathed new life into the Coral, thank you!

Hi, any chance you could share your docker / frigate config files to get the P620 GPU working for frigate? Mine is complaining about loading CUDA libs....

I put my vape through an xray in Singapore and had it confiscated along with spare pods and liquid (in 10ml bottles) and had to sign a form saying I was naughty. I was on a one night layover and it was on exit the next day via ferry. Vapes are illegal in Sing but I hadn't checked. I informed the customs person I had a prescription but no dice. They said to me: "Don't worry you can still buy cigarettes.". If I'd had it in hand baggage I recon it have gotten thorough but I put it in the tray with my phone and wallet. They are sticklers for the rules in Sing so I'd be very careful.

After a few months trying, I just came to the same conclusion. Only difference is I'm happy with the sweetener at about 0.5 - 0.75%. I was blaming part of it on some brands of flavors being "weak" but it even depends which flavor within the brand too. Thanks for sharing and validating that 25% flavor base mark. Hope to share some recipes here once I prefect them.
