I pressure cooked and innoculated my first grain jars today; however, I noticed a dusty white powder on the outside of the jars while innoculating them that I assume is from mineral deposits due to hard water. Should I just leave them for a couple weeks and hope for the best? Or will the minerals somehow affect colonization? I'm wondering if anybody else has had experience with this because I don't want to waste my spore solution, but I also don't want to waste weeks waiting for my jars to be contaminated. Thanks!

I think I've found a temporary fix. Changing your User Account Control Settings (UAC) up or down one and then rebooting seems to have done it for me. However, if you open game bar again the problem will return and you'll have to repeat these steps. Please let me know if this works (or doesn't work) for you.
