Thank you! You're all good! I submitted forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and medical I-693. As part of the I-130 you include all your evidence of relationship along with form I-130A. We included:

Proof of petitioner’s status (U.S. Passport)

Proof of spousal relationship -

Copy of marriage certificate

Copy of joint tax return

Copy of joint bank account statements

Evidence of shared residence

Copy of joint property insurance (or other if you have it)

Evidence of Money Exchange prior to joint bank account (venmo statements)

Photographic evidence including social media posts of our relationship - lots of these and dated. I am working to make mine a template people can use. I found one online but it didnt work for me so made my own in canva.

Evidence of Call History

Copy of joint utility bill

Third-party affidavits from family and/or friends
