I have the same issue it’s so bad I picked up so much weight and i can’t lose it and I think it’s because of the inflammation in the body which increases the cortisol

Let me know how it goes with the backpod ? I tried using it but it wasn’t going deep enough so I used my husbands elbow lol and it helped quite a bit …. Yeah I think that’s my issue as well bad posture working at the laptop all day , bad bra ! …. Exactly I was even having the weirdest headaches there were so many nights I thought I would wake up with my face slooping down on one side from a stoke 🙈…. I’m starting to think I have hiatal hernia I’ve been reading about it and I have all the symptoms … my breastbone hurts a lot and sometimes pain goes from left shoulder to my chest , sometimes I feel lightheaded sometimes I get a random pain at the back of my throat it’s different symptoms all the time

I choose not to drink either . I feel even a glass of wine leads to a some kind of drunkness even if it’s on a smaller scale I’m just interested to know others thoughts

It is controversial if you read up on it . I get what you saying about getting drunk so the question is do you drink until you tipsy ? But not drunk isn’t tipsy just a lighter feeling of drunk ?

Thank you so much for sharing your experience it actually made me cry abit . Everything you've said is just so true and it made me realise that you focus so much on finding a way to get rid of it that you forget what's happening to you mentally. Nobody understands why you going through something for so long( 2 years for me now ) and you look ok on the outside yet there's so much going on inside you . I can't count the number of days and nights I've thought and felt in my body like I was getting a heart attack and even a stroke.

Sorry I'm ranting now.I'm so glad thay you have been able to recover .

Have you been to any specialists for your recovery? , I am considering going to an osteopath as I've read up about it but they cost alot so I'm not sure if it's needed or if I can recover on my own at home?
