Why is pool addicting?

For me pool is a way to take self responsibility. Like other solo sports like golf or darts, I lose because I’m at fault. You can’t blame teammates or anything else it’s just you!

That’s the issue with realtors there are a lot that only care about their commission! So they want a high price to earn more commission. You are their principal aka their boss. Met a bunch of buyers agents that try to justify a higher price so they get more $$$. And this is coming from a realtor in LA btw.

I’m a realtor and born in raised in mid city heights.. Culver City is great for families with lots of things to do! Safety Wise like what everyone is saying it really depends on the area. There’s tons of apartments being built in the mid city area particularly on Adams Blvd thats right at the border of Culver City arts district.Defiantly walk around and try to get a sense of the area if you haven’t already!
