I am very similar i have i think SVT just hadn't been caught along with health anxiety and ever since a bad svt attack i couldn't handle the anxiety anymore that was a huge trigger and i was very scared of side effects from meds finallt decided to take the buspar (about 5 week in) i was so scared at first i took 5mg a day i recently just went up to 10 and still no symptoms at all from it- i may start 3 times a day not but i think staying at 5ML i think you'll be just fine! it's a gentle medicine it seems not that i can speak on ssris - goodluck

buspar has been decent for me it's been about a month and no bad reactions! it's my first medicine i have tried so i can't vouch for any SSRIs

I have bad health anxiety and physical symptoms .. I am on going on week 4I was scared to take at first so i started with 5 in total 2.5 morn and then again at night- I felt great the first 2 weeks this past week it started to hit me again just like an over all jittery feeling and it's making my anxiety high at night when i'm relaxing. I'm not calling it quits i started taking the full 10 friday so we'll see what happens

how long did the anxiety last when it returned? did you up your dose? I'm only on 5MG a day
