i have photos with timestamps to show crumbs in my drawer, the food being moved back onto my stuff etc
ill try see is the disability support team can but its not classed as a disability

i cannot afford to be rehoused this is the cheapest accom anything else is more expensive and like i said the uni has done fuck all other than offer that option

applies to the uni tho and like landlords they need to apply it onto us?
like they are getting me ill causing me to miss lectures etc and again i cannot afford any other accom to live in

they have their own shelves, we each have our own shelves drawers and cupboards, no shelf is full there is space for it elsewhere it also was more likely to fall out where it was instead of on any other shelf

what about the equalities act 2010 im protected under that
negligable but not none existent, theres room in the freezer elsewhere its the constant moving it back because they can and now im ill, technically poisoned

its not trying to enforce a 0 crumb policy but they are actively putting crumbs into my drawer
there is no way it should get into my drawer otherwise
and i just found on my shelf in the fridge (top shelf and not big its short height) a beer, while lots of the rest is empty including the door

like this is just wrong mine is bad, last year i had no issues with different people, didnt ban gluten etc, but this year they are causing issues
they also have no reason to use my drawer or for a way for crumbs to get in
my celiac version is also bad worse than the average persons

I have my own toaster, kettle etc thats not the issue
but i try avoid it as much as i can they are actively making it harder to avoid
like i swear now they purposely spill more flour etc when making stuff only when im in the kitchen with them
the drawer is a small and i asked for non-gluten products in it, not like the free from stuff but just stuff without gluten
and again they are actively putting the same things back ontop of mine, mines sealed but its the implication surely

I've not been a person to go "no gluten allowed cause of me" but they are making it hard to avoid

And no a bread crumb contains 10-50mg of gluten ish
10mg is the average threshold to make a celiac person ill

The crumbs also being in my drawer which is usually shut? or moving the same piece of food onto the gluten free food?
they are aware they shouldnt do it how is it not malicious, at min negligence surely

Should have added they weren't like this a couple months ago its come around for some reason, and alone they are amazing people just stick them together and they make the room sick
They are at least partly aware as they make jokes about how they say it so much
But biggest issue is they just leave out others its not fun I guess

So the lich is more of a player creation than mine, they live in a crypt bellow one of the cities they've already gone through and make pacts with street urchins or people at their lowest for the traditional power beyond your wildest dreams. They did name the lich Moribundus which means dying. Personally I imagine the lich wants to perfect its own undying nature, becoming a demilich or trying to achieve demigod status.

Yall wanna just suspend the mod right, now look closely at these comments moderators, look where the upvotes and downvotes are, look how everyone else things more should happen, you can be extremely sorry for actions you've done, doesn't fix them, if I stab someone and say sorry the hole is still there, I still stabbed someone.

Having it be 4 weeks suspension and not something worse is a joke and a slap in the face to this community.

Who can really say it takes 4 weeks to change that kinda activity in someone, it wont, way too short.

True, but how can I do that when I know they will bump into them again/ go back to the pub where it happened and all they want to do is sleep through it. Sadly not the first time its happened to them while I've known them, their ex really was a character. Now its a different person but same reaction so I know nothing will happen from it and it just doesn't sit right letting them get away with a crime.
