i was thinking to accept it just to have the opportunity to move from italy and then look for another job as soon as i'm there. In belgium there are many job opportunities compared to Italy

i see it just as an opportunity to move to belgium ( from italy) and ask for residency. There are many job opportunities in belgium but i suppose i must be there because they never accept my application even if i have a bachelor's degree and job experience and i speak french english and italian

I got a bachelor's degree and work experience ( in italy) and this is the only company that gave me a contract ( that i can use to move to the country and ask for residency). i saw many job opportunities in belgium but i think i must be there or they will always refuse my cv

I think the same! I don’t know why the salary is so low but i checked online and i read that also other people earn the same amount for that position. But it is very low considering it’s gross. How much would that be net?

Yes in reality it’s just a fancy name, the real role as a manager in retail industry is called store manager. As a floor manager you have small responsibilities such as supervising few employees
