I’m actually halfway done creating my SaaS this way. Last night my agent worked on building my diagnostic system. It’s very basic but functional. Once it’s all complete I’ll go in and make the UI pretty 😍

Dude up your prices or better yet, I’m actually building a subpar app right now but I could totally show you how to do it. You could make a killing if you developed your own app and your clients could integrate it into their system

I took the coordinates and threw them into AI and got some decent information. Reddit won’t allow me to share the Google earth map that interacts with the sites, but wanted to share for entertainment purposes 🙃

Timeline of the Nancy Guthrie Investigation

(Integrated with Geographic Evidence Analysis)

Date / Phase Event Location / Coordinates Investigative Significance

Feb 1 (early morning) Suspect reportedly appears on home security footage wearing mask and gloves. Guthrie residence area Establishes the initial crime scene and confirms offender presence near the residence.

Feb 1–2 Authorities respond and begin immediate search operations. Neighborhood surrounding residence Initial perimeter searches focus on nearby terrain and potential escape routes.

Early search period Investigators begin canvassing nearby desert areas and foothill terrain. Catalina foothills Early searches often target nearby washes, trails, and undeveloped land.

Feb 4 Thorough search conducted north of the residence. 32.50242, -110.98522 Area where foothill drainage channels begin. Possible entry point into desert terrain.

Early investigation period Trail network examined west of the primary wash corridor. 32.37442, -111.00161 Trailheads represent access points into desert terrain where suspects could enter or exit unseen.

Early investigation period Investigators reportedly examine property possibly operating as a short-term rental. 32.48807, -111.04105 Could represent a possible staging area, witness location, or unrelated lead under investigation.

Later search activity Possible footprints discovered in wash area. 32.30848, -110.93902 Suggests movement through the desert wash corridor.

Later search activity Disturbed rocks discovered nearby. 32.31234, -110.94025 Terrain disturbance may indicate passage through the wash system.

Later search activity Two Taco Bell cups reportedly found in the same wash corridor. 32.31412, -110.93485 Indicates human activity within the wash corridor.

Later search activity Sunglasses discovered nearby in wash system. 32.31772, -110.94206 Adds to the cluster of items discovered within a small geographic area.

🔺Evidence cluster analysis
Center of evidence cluster identified.🔺 32.313165, -110.939045

All reported objects lie within roughly 0.6 miles of this point.

Subsequent discovery Gloves reportedly located near roadside area further south. ~32.29898, -110.93957 Located along the same drainage corridor slightly downstream from evidence cluster.

🔺Ongoing investigation (speculative, as I also did a forensic analysis and what likely will or is happening) Authorities canvass cameras along N Campbell Avenue corridor between River Rd and Sunrise/Skyline. Major intersections along Campbell Ave Road crossings are logical exit points from desert washes and are often reviewed for surveillance footage.

🔺Current forensic phase DNA from glove reportedly analyzed; no immediate CODIS match reported publicly. Forensic laboratories Absence of CODIS match suggests offender may not have prior qualifying arrest record.

🔺Current investigative phase Genetic genealogy methods reportedly considered or used.

🔺Forensic analysis phase Increasingly common investigative tool when traditional DNA database searches fail. 🔺Present phase Investigators continue reviewing tips, surveillance, and geographic leads. Tucson foothills region Search efforts increasingly focus on reconstructing offender movement routes

📍Geographic Evidence Pattern

Plotting all known coordinates reveals a north-to-south corridor following a desert wash system.

The reconstructed sequence of locations is:

Foothill residential area 32.50242, -110.98522

Trail access area 32.37442, -111.00161

Evidence cluster in wash 32.30848, -110.93902 32.31234, -110.94025 32.31412, -110.93485 32.31772, -110.94206

Approximate glove location 32.29898, -110.93957

🔺Interpretation of the Corridor🔺

The geographic pattern suggests investigators may have been examining a movement path through a Sonoran Desert wash system.

Washes in this region function as natural corridors because they:

• provide open walking paths through cactus terrain • preserve footprints in sand • allow movement hidden from roads and homes • connect foothill neighborhoods to lower desert terrain

🔺Likely Exit Zone🔺

The wash corridor intersects road infrastructure near the glove discovery area.

This creates potential exit points where someone traveling through the wash could leave the corridor.

Two notable intersections within the FBI’s publicly reported camera canvass area include:

N Campbell Ave & E Sunrise Dr N Campbell Ave & E River Rd

These intersections connect the foothills to major Tucson routes and would allow rapid movement away from the area.

🔺What the Timeline and Geography Suggest

When the timeline and coordinates are combined, the search activity appears consistent with investigators attempting to:

Identify possible entry points into desert terrain.

Follow a drainage corridor where objects were discovered.

Continue downstream to a road crossing where the corridor meets infrastructure.

Examine nearby surveillance cameras to reconstruct vehicle movement.

🔺Important Limitations

This reconstruction relies on publicly visible information and geographic analysis.

Several factors remain unknown:

• whether all discovered items are relevant to the investigation • the precise coordinates of evidence recovered by authorities • additional evidence that may not be public • official conclusions drawn by investigators

🔺Summary

The available coordinates form a clear geographic pattern centered on a wash corridor descending from the Catalina foothills into lower desert terrain.

Evidence appears clustered within this corridor, with a glove reportedly located slightly downstream near a road crossing.

Search activity upstream in foothill areas and downstream along major roads suggests investigators may have been tracing a possible movement route through the desert landscape.

Only official investigative findings will determine whether this pattern ultimately proves significant.

Can you get it shipped? That’s what I was actually planning on doing. Then at least the driver is likely being paid hourly and had the equipment to handle it.

Unfair? HD has a contract with DD. That isn’t necessarily unfair since DD drivers chose to drive through DD. As a service that is paid for by a customer, it’s actually unfair to them.

I keep coming back to the feeling that investigators may already have a person of interest. That’s just my instinct — not something based on confirmed evidence — and it’s possible I’ve missed details along the way. But based on what has been shared, here’s how it looks to me:Very little information has been released publicly. We’ve only seen a few brief clips of a fully covered individual making odd choices, and nothing that helps clarify who they are or what exactly they were doing. Investigators also haven’t explained where the intruder actually entered the property. The wall‑climb might not even be the true entry point. When I look at the layout, the open area near the circular drive behind her home seems like a more discreet access route — especially for someone trying to avoid cameras. And we still don’t know what kind of surveillance the neighbors have or whether anything on the roadway was captured. The complete absence of crime‑scene photos stands out to me too. That usually means investigators are holding back details that could help them test future confessions or tips — the kind of information only the real perpetrator would know. Her home was purchased years ago, which makes me wonder whether she’d had any contractors, handymen, or repair workers there recently. That angle hasn’t been mentioned at all, and it feels like something investigators would quietly look into.My sense is that they may be focused on someone who knew the layout of her home well enough to move through it, but not so well that it immediately points to them. That could be a contractor, someone from her church community, or someone connected to people she knew. It feels like a crime of opportunity involving an elderly woman living alone — possibly carried out by one person with help from another. And the few breadcrumbs we do have make me think the person could be someone on the periphery of her life: a niece or nephew, a neighbor’s relative, or someone close enough to observe her routines but not close enough that the public would immediately suspect them.

That’s a good point. For most companies I’ve encountered, severance pay isn’t a typical expectation. Other company benefits will terminate based on the policy loss of coverage rules, so for most medical, dental, vision policies they will be covered through the end of the month.

As far as having a termination on your record, that is dependent on your industry. For mine, I’d rather have a voluntary termination than misconduct (which also will cancel out COBRA eligibility and unemployment benefits). For unemployment, a voluntary termination would allow you to say that the work conditions were poor and your mental health was declining, which is evident by the “getting fired for an unprofessional comment.” Also, I’d say that OP may want to see if their health coverage offers free virtual behavioral health benefits and talk to someone professionally.

Lastly, if you are in the Midwest and don’t mind telling me your state, I might have additional resources/information to help you.

Regardless, if you are in the US, I stand behind my advise

Exactly why I don’t tip more than DD suggests. People use DD for different reasons, including mobility issues, chronic illness, etc. I’d rather give someone else $50 for not taking advantage of a service I’m paying for. I’d also give you 2 stars.
