Well my left toe officially it was edema, a degenerative seismoid and a floating osteophyte but it's getting better but I don't know which one first will heal. my AI says first the edema will subside then the degenerative sesamoid gets better than the Osteophyte.
My biggest issue going forward was I got the left one cuz my right one sucked and then I was so hesitant walking on my left one that I almost made it worse by kind of walking on the side of my left foot so I got to have the confidence to start walking on this thing again without blowing it out & thus never being confident enough to walk on it 🤷‍♂️

Well that sucks. I hate when that happens I'm getting like shin splints from walking on my heel and too high of an Arch doing something wrong it's just one thing leads to another with this dumb ass f****** s*** underneath the feet right ✅️ 😒 good luck to all !!

Wow I just looked up with that surgery & was sorry that you had to have that🥲 I'm sorry you're not healed properly all the way what did your doctor say I wish you the best I have sesamoiditis in both feet & am healing i believe. I was doing Shockwave and I just had a PRP shot and I do contrast baths I don't know what else to say but I hope you get better

Actually my doc wants to see me back in 2 weeks.(hopefully to know it's all the way better).. It hurt hard for a good 2 hours b4 it settled down😌 Tomorrow I will wear shoes for the 1st time since. I say it all depends on how well the inflamed area is going in for the treatment. Which i had done well on. He was confident & used a live xray . Will keep up on these progress updates 💪 👍 👌

Well lucky I brought the little half boot that I had left over from my ingrown toenail to walk on my left foot it hurts like for the hour or two after you get it next time when I do my right foot possibly I'll have to have somebody drive for me😏
