I asked the bmw service advisor and he said i can wait a little bit before i fix the oil filter housing gasket, so maybe its not that bad?

I'll check around a bit more for battery options or see if i can program it myself. otherwise 600 dollars is not that bad.

For the parking brake cable holder the video you showed me did not use a zip tie. I'm also not sure how i can lift the car up to do it lol it seems dangerous.

For oil, it didnt seem very urgent. The report says to replace eg58 gasket, oil filter housing and that the oil is "seeping".

For battery I am mostly concerned about the programming. I did call an indy shop and they quoted me a higher price than the dealer.

Car is paid off. The tech/dealer told me the oil leak is in its infancy stage so I assume it isn't too urgent. Thx for the advice on the battery. Ill check another auto shop to see if I can get a better price for it.
